An ordinary day?

I did not know why I was feeling that way. It was a rainy morning. My gut feel is telling me to stay home and just sleep since it is really a bed weather. However, I could not call in sick (again ) Lol! Anyways, I dressed up and head to the office. It was raining hard and I could see the water rising up from the bridges that we passed through. I thoug ht that it will just be an ordinary rain. Well, there were previous typhoons that were even stronger. Everyone will be safe… until…

Early bird

Our company gave me a task today. I am in charge to look for the best travel deals for our company outing cum Christmas party. This early, our employer would like to prepare for that event. He believes that if we book early then we could avail of early bird perks. Now, that I have to find out! What is exciting about this is that I will be able to meet a lot of people in the process.

Exposed

We went tripping to see the subdivision that my friend would like me to buy even just a lot. We just rode the motorcycle, I and my son. We were not informed that there is already a construction going on and we would be exposed to cement dust and heavy smell of fresh paints. I told my friend that we could get mesothelioma. She apologized and good thing, she had extra surgical masks available inside her bag. What could I say about the place? Beautiful. The next step is where to get the money.

Diet pills for my sister

It will be my sister’s birthday this October 4! Happy Birthday, Sis! She is our only sister. She is kind and takes care of my sons. She sort of acts as their mother. For her birthday, I will give her diet supplements. She suffered from high blood pressure attack lately. She is also diagnosed to have a fatty liver. Diet pills could help her to lose some fats.

The kid in me

I would like to have a car! would it be possible to have a car with Ferrari parts even if the actual car is not a Ferrari? I like the popular red Ferrari or there any other color? A popular gasoline station promotes Ferrari by giving away Ferrari miniature toys to its regular customers. My friend has collected many designs already and I am somehow envious. I hope he would think of giving some of those little cars to me this Christmas as his gift to me. I would gladly accept it .;) Oh, the kid in me is acting up again.

Lose that belly fat

I was watching home TV shopping yesterday and I really like their presentation on how to lose belly fat. Of course, the end thing is you should buy the product being advertised. I must tell my sister in law about this promising fat burner for her tummy. It is more affordable than going for a tummy tuck. I, myself actually needs to trim down. I still have to decide though, if I will go for diet supplements or find time  for exercise.

Give it to me

My sister-in-law is trying to sell the old air-conditioning unit that they have not been using for almost two years now. Well, it is not that they live in Alaska now but it is just that, it has no place yet insid their house. She is now worried that it might just be broken , specially the air conditioner filters. I really do not know if someone would bite it and buy. Well, it is quite bulky. Maybe, they should just give it to me instead. Well, I believe that anything that you do not use means you do not need it anymore. Rather than having pain parting with it, better give it to someone close to you instead.

Common law marriage

I never thought that there is such a thing as common law marriage. That is actually the legal term for live in partners here in the Philippines. Now, I am quite confused.

The only positive thing that came out of the latest controversy here in this country is the awareness that it brought to us reagarding common law marriage. So, it is not true that you still own everything you have worked for if you do not marry the person you are living with. Everything that you would acquire together in or out of marriage would still be considered conjugal.

Car replacement

I wonder if auto insurance quotes cover broken air-conditioning unit. Well, my friend’s car is brand new but its air-con is already malfunctioning. It was a very hot day and even if the car was brand new, it was still hot. I told her to ask for a car replacement or might as well get the replacement in a hot sunny day to test its air-con and cooling capacity. She deserves the best value of her hard earned money used to pay for that car!

Choose sweet

Arguments, fighting, emotional hurting and other normal situations happen in a relationship. However, we should shy away from physical attacks or blood. Recently, a popular personality here in the Philippines admitted hurting his partner. Yes, he hit the mother of his five children. What happened to love? The woman now filed a case against him. In a TV interview, the man said that the woman should be thankful that he did not kill her. What? I still think that you should treat every woman with respect. If things are not okay with the two of you anymore, then separate or go on your own ways. Hurting each other in any form would not be necessary at all because it would not do any good!

I hope everything would be fixed between two angry hearts and find forgiveness and forget about it. Let each other go. If there is even a slim chance to become friends, then work on it. After all, you were once lovers.
