My late Mom wanted to be a lawyer. You know, having that leather briefcase, eyeglasses, lot of paperwork, clients lining up and days in court. What a lovely sight for her! She enjoyed watching TV shows and movies featuring lawyers. She was not able to realize that dream but she was our own lawyer each day of our lives specially those times that she had to fight for us…well, you know, kids’ dispute with fellow kids, problems with work, or anything that we needed her help.

Yes, I dedicate this post to the best Mom in the whole world. I needed her so much. She was my guide. She was my strength. She did her part in this world. One day we will meet again. Not just now.

For the future of the kids

If I would be given a good deal on low annuity rates, then I might really consider this kind of forced savings. I believe that we should really start saving and eventually acquire properties out of that sum, if ever. We can also live life to the fullest of course. But then again, if you have kids, then I think to send them to the good school in the future and to provide them with a better life, you should start saving. Yes, one at a time but you should start. Set a goal and try to reach it. There is no harm in trying!

Can’t sleep

Air-con? None. Electric fan? Just one in the room. Can’t sleep. No air from the window. That is because none also. Oh, where am I? Home? Can you call it one when it is very hot and humid? I just want to go outside or just soak myself in water.

Gifts for the women

Yes, I must find the best gift baskets there could be. For whom? Well, for my sister-in-law and for her Mom and for my sister too! We celebrate Mother’s day here in our country first Sunday of May. We really want to surprise our sister. Then, my brother would like to surprise his wife and mother-in-law too. It is only once a year anyways that we actually remember the Moms for their hard work to take care of the kids and us, men.

Avengers’ Day

Yes, it is Avengers’ Day! Well, I am talking about the movie. Almost all theaters in our country show that movie. No wonder no local film has been released.

My sons and I watched the movie and it was really hilarious! Pure entertainment! I definitely recommend it to everyone who would like to have some laughs.

No need for per diem allowance

My sister in law is a subject matter expert in audio conferencing services. Well, she works in a telecommunications company and her actual job entails lot of meetings. Some of the attendees are from another place and instead of going there or meeting at another place, all can meet via audioconferencing. That way they can save travel time and gasoline expenses plus the per diem allowance.

It is not a toy

This is the first time that I heard/read about knee scooters. By the name itself, I thought that it is a sort of a toy for my kids but then again, why knee? Then I read more and found out that it is actually for below knee injuries or for those that could not walk that far yet because of knee pain. Then, it is not actually something to own forever as nobody would like to be stuck in a walking aid, right? Thus, there are knee walker rentals. Amazing information!

At the rooftop

Yes, give me a pawleys island hammock and I would totally fall asleep. Actually it is my older brother who would like to have a hammock. Well, it is not that he has a big garden where he can place it but he would place it at their rooftop. Good idea. We would go there during weekends and sleep at that hammock.

Hohum! You can tell that I am already sleepy. I came from a night shift thus I must bid goodbye for now.

Game of Thrones

I am watching Game of Thrones right now at HBO. I find it interesting but at the same time, I am sleepy. Is it the show or am I just sleepy because it is nap time already? Well, after a hearty lunch, to sleep is the next thing to do. Hohum! I might just grab a copy of the Season 1 first so that I can trace the story. Better yet, read about it?

My brother already got his guitar as my nephew would like to have some guitar lessons. Now, my sons are asking me to buy MI Audio Guitars for them. my kids got it from their Uncle. Too bad, thier Uncle has a son also to whom he shall give his own guitar. I am not really into music as I am more into arts. Anyways, I will just canvass for the guitar price and I hope that the two boys can just share one for now. Maybe when I have enough cash, I can already buy two. I have a condition though. They have to play at least one song first before I finally agree to buy.
