The foundation of your success

I believe that there are actually lots of business opportunities. You just have to find the one that you really like to do. That is very important because for you to be able to something wholeheartedly, you must love it. That will be the foundation of your success! Food is on top of the list. How do those sari- sari stores, banana cue stands and even fish ball carts survive, huh? There must be some craze from time to time and you could earn some money from it but I suggest that you go for something that will really last if not permanent.

Lot to say but little to act

Who did you vote for the last elections? Are you blaming yourself now?

A hostage situation is a police matter. Let them do their job. It is the function of the negotiator to do the negotiation. All of us did watch how it happened. All of us even said what should have been done… then why did you not go there and actually did what was in your mind during that time? It is very easy to say things but actually doing it is what is hard! So, please, stop finger pointing…

I am not an avid supporter of PNOY. I am a Filipino. I do not intend to make this blog of mine a political arena. It is just that… people has a lot to say but little to act.

Fellow Filipinos, let us be united for once even for things like the hostage crisis.

Mother and daughter

My cousin sent a picture via e-mail. Her daughter is real big already. She is already 19 years old and is in college already. The two look like sisters. They are both beautiful and fashionable in that picture. The ugg boots they were wearing are really stylish. This cousin of mine is very generous. I think it is high time for me to give back. Good thing she sent this picture. Now, I have an idea of what to buy for her and her daughter! Yes, you guessed it right! Boots!

Loyalty counts

My sister-in-law is very loyal to the company she is working for. Though she is not from the sales department, she tries to cross sell all the products of their company. She is really smart to think about that and to actually do that huh! Sometimes, even in public places like inside a jeepney, she tries to relay to people how good their products are. One instance was when she overheard two women talking about internet connection and what could be a better choice. She told them that their product is actually the best! I hope people don’t get annoyed with her.

My very good friend is coming home

I got a news from my very good friend abroad that he is going to take a vacation. It is about time since he has been working abroad for the longest time. He asked me what I want him to bought for me! Wow! I really want a 1U lcd. Luckily, he knows about it and is actually thinking of buying new computers for his two children who are in college already.

Cold mornings

Cold mornings are really here that you wanted to just stay in bed. You really have to drag yourself to get up and prepare for work. Hohum! You still want to sleep? Me too! Even the kids are becoming lazy to go to school. Okay, it is not good at all. Get up boys and jog in place! Yes, I am commanding myself too!

My wish

Anybody thinking of giving me a gift? I found what I like already. Here is the picture of the Prada shoes that I want. Paging my brothers and sister! They say that the actual idea of gift giving is thinking of the right gift and making it a real surprise. It means really making a person happy and somehow giving him or her what he or she might be expecting. That is also the reason why wish list has been invented.

August 25, National Mourning Day in the Philippines

Many had read and watched of the hostage drama last Aug. 23, 2010. Many had read and watched… I wonder if anybody murmured a single prayer that time or we were all sort of entertained?

The hostage drama ended at around 9PM and the skies cried. There was heavy downpour of rain…

The incident is still in the news. People are pointing fingers to each other…

8 people already died. Let us pray for them.

Philippines, a beautiful country but always a victim of untoward incidents.

Earrings for my sister

This October, my sister will be celebrating her 47th birthday. I could still remember when she was still a little girl. She was and still is our little Darling being the only female sibling. I am thinking of giving her earrings. I wish that I could give her a pair with certified diamonds/. She will surely love it! I know though that even if I gave her true or fancy, she will be able to appreciate it. She is our good and understanding sister after all.

Her option

Sometimes, because I do not want my kids to mingle to the real world, I am thinking of enrolling them at Accredited Online Schools. Why not? The educational value that they will get will basically the same. Moreover, they will just be at home. Seriously, I think that my kids will not like that yet, though. They will have a choice, of course. It is actually my sister in law who will enroll online anytime soon. She loves to study. since she is working, studying online is her option.
