Before giving out something, it is best to ask the receiver what he really likes. Well, surprises are good but to satisfy and really makes someone happy is better, do you agree? That is what I learned from my friend, Tony. Well, one time, I gave his a gift that I thought he would like. It turned out that he hated it. To each his own, right? But of course, he was kind enough to just share it with all of us who really liked that fruit cake that I gave him. All of us in the office benefited from it!

So, last Christmas, what did my friend Tony want? He wanted a black & mild cigar. Did I give him that? Surely, I did! When he opened it, he was full of joy and at long last, he was able to keep the gift for himself.

Stressed

There are times that I feel anxious. Well, maybe I am stressed? Who will not be stressed with all the stressors in this world? I know though that I should not be this way if I want to live longer. I must keep a positive perspective. All I can do is pray.

Give in to neighbor’s request

I have a small store of toys and my neighbors want me to expand in terms of products that I sell. Now, they want me to have electronic products also like antennas for tv. Oh, next to that might be free installation and repair maybe? I really appreciate my neighbors for being my first loyal consumers. What can I say? I might just give in to their requests.

Need help in raising teenagers

Two or three days to go, it will be 2012! Oh, any New Year’s resolve? As of me, I have so many. Life is quite challenging for me this year. My 15 year old son decided to have a wife and my youngest at 12 wants to stop schooling. What do I need? A wife? Oh, I miss my Mom. She was the only person that my sons listened to before. I could not really scold my sons as I do not want to totally lose them. You know, raising a teenager is real hard. I need help.

Effective

My only sister was chatting to our sister-in-law about diet this 2012. Well, as usual, they are looking for weight loss pills that work. I advised them that they still have two days of eating and enough time to figure that out or they can decide to lessen their food intake, now! Seriously, how can you do that when everyone is eating? I understand them but it is up to them or they really have to find that effective pill soon!

What is happening in Rockwell Power Plant Mall right now? There is a camp for #SMART I-PHONE 4S! Yes, what a launch from Smart! It will have its grand introduction 12-16-11, I think as seen at Smart’s website! Who would not like to have ab Apple gadget these days? I think everybody loves to grab one! As Smart says: everybody deserves an Apple.

Blog necessities

As they say, you cannot have everything. After having a PR- my Alexa rating dropped to ” No data”. May I ask, which is more important for a blog like this? Anyways, I know that I need to work on my traffic. After all, I created this blog to gain friends also, right? Yes, I want more opportunities too!

I am just thankful for having a PR, at last after such a long time. I hope that it will last.

Feels safe all the time

How many times have you experienced road mishaps? Good thing if you have not. But then again, I am sure that you have seen some stranded vehicles by the road, right? That happens especially during Summer, I guess, when almost everybody wants to travel by land. I just hope that they have a good roadside assistance membership or subscription. I think that it is a must for every traveler. I can still remember that from my previous office mate. According to him, even if his car is not that fabulous, it does not really matter. He still feels safe because of his membership to a good car assistance service. He feels safe all the time and worry free!

Yoyo for my nephew

Have I mentioned that I sell toys? I have a small store in front of my house. I have cars, helicopters, race tracks, and others. Mostly, the toys that I sell are those that my two sons and I play too. My nephew love my toys. Once time, he visited me and asked me to visit yoyoplay.com for yoyos. Oh, he wants me to buy yoyos for him! Great idea from my nephew as I totally forgot that kids love yoyo! I shall add that to my list then! I will go shopping this weekend for more toys!
